SML INTIMATE manufactures high-waisted fleece-lined leggings for clothing brands, importers and private label collections. Styles 6004 and 6005 combine a combed cotton outer face, a brushed nylon interior and elastane for stretch, with footed and stirrup options.
These styles provide a starting point for your own winter leggings range. We can develop the sizing, fit and fabric construction around your customers’ body proportions, local climate and preferred level of warmth.

High-Waisted Fit with Two Foot Options
The high-waisted construction provides coverage through the waist and abdomen, while the close-fitting legs suit everyday winter layering.
The combed cotton outer face gives the garment its knitted surface, and the brushed nylon interior provides the fleece feel against the skin. Elastane adds stretch for a flexible fit.
Choose the foot construction that suits your collection:
- Footed leggings: Continuous coverage from the leg through the foot and toes. Foot length and fit are included in sample development.
- Stirrup leggings: An underfoot section with an open heel and exposed forefoot. The opening and underfoot dimensions can be reviewed for your target sizes.
Custom Sizing for Your Customers
We develop the fit using your measurement chart, reference sample and intended customer profile. This allows the leggings to be made for the proportions of the people who will wear them.
During development, we review:
- Waist and hip measurements, waistband height and front and back rise.
- Thigh and calf fit, inseam and overall leg length.
- Foot length for footed versions, or opening and stirrup dimensions.
- Size grading and revisions based on your fit-test feedback.

Warmth Developed for Your Selling Region
The 250 g and 350 g versions give buyers two existing references to compare. For a custom order, tell us where the leggings will be sold, the intended season and whether your customers prefer a lighter layering product or a thicker winter option.
We can review the yarn selection, knit construction and brushed interior to develop the required balance of warmth, thickness, stretch and fit. Samples let you assess the proposed fabric and wearing feel before confirming production.
Private Label, Sampling and Production
Your project can include custom colors, brand labels, care labels, hangtags and packaging.
We review the product specification and quantity before confirming the quotation, minimum order quantity, sample cost and production schedule. Samples are used to approve the material, measurements, foot construction and branding.
Bulk production follows the approved sample and agreed specifications. Quality checks cover garment measurements, workmanship, material appearance and packing requirements.
