A Clear Process from Idea to Production
Every project starts with understanding the product, target quantity, materials, sizing, branding, and delivery requirements. We then coordinate development, sampling, production, inspection, and shipment based on the buyer-approved specifications.

Specification Review
We review product construction, measurements, fabrics, trims, customization requirements, and any technical details that need clarification before development.

Quotation & Project Confirmation
After reviewing the requirements, we confirm the proposed materials, customization scope, estimated pricing, MOQ, sampling needs, and project terms.

Material & Sample Development
We source suitable fabrics and trims, prepare the sample, and develop the product according to the confirmed specifications and reference requirements.
Step 55
Sample Review & Approval
The buyer reviews the sample for fit, measurements, fabric, construction, color, branding, and workmanship. Revisions are made when required before approval.

Bulk Production
After sample and order confirmation, bulk production begins according to the approved specifications, materials, colors, quantities, and packaging requirements.

Quality Inspection
In-line and final inspections are used to check measurements, workmanship, appearance, labeling, packing, and other order-specific quality requirements.

Packing & Shipment
Approved products are packed according to the confirmed requirements and prepared for shipment, with export and logistics coordination based on the buyer's order.
