How Our Custom Process Works: From Sketch to Bulk Delivery
Exactly what happens when you send a design to our factory: quote in 24 hours, sample for $50, your approval, bulk production with QC photos, and door delivery. Step by step.
Most first-time buyers are not afraid of the money — they are afraid of not knowing what happens after they send it. So here is our complete process, step by step, with what you do, what we do, and how long each step takes.
Step 1: You send your idea (Day 0)
Send sketches, reference photos, or even a photo of a garment you want improved — plus your target quantity and country. Don't have a professional tech pack? Most of our first-time buyers don't. Tell us the fabric feel you want and we handle the technical details.
You get: a quote within 24 hours — goods price, sample fee, and freight estimate together, not just the goods.
Step 2: Sampling (US$50, 7–10 days)
We make your design as a real garment in our in-stock fabric and color, then ship it to you by courier — typically US$40–100 depending on your country, quoted upfront. The $50 sample fee is deducted from your bulk order if you proceed.
You do: check the sample against your design. Fit, stitching, fabric hand-feel, weight. Change anything you want — adjustments before bulk are a normal part of the process.
Step 3: You approve, place the PO
You confirm the sample, quantities per color, and sizes. You receive a Proforma Invoice: goods total, 30% deposit by T/T, 70% balance by T/T before shipment, and shipping terms (EXW/FOB/DDP — first-time buyers, ask us for DDP).
Step 4: Bulk production (20–30 days)
Your fabric is cut, sewn, and finished on our own floor. For first orders you can watch it happen: we send production photos at cutting and sewing stages so there are no surprises at the end.
Step 5: Final QC and photos before shipping
Before anything leaves the factory, we inspect and send you photos of the actual bulk goods. You see what you are paying for before the goods are dispatched.
Step 6: Delivery
First orders usually go by express courier — typically US$40–100 depending on country, door to door and fully tracked. Larger re-orders can move to air or sea freight, quoted case by case. You receive invoice, packing list and tracking. With DDP we quote courier cost plus the estimated duties for your country together — you just receive the parcel.
The honest fine print
- In-stock fabrics keep steps 2–4 fast; newly sourced fabric adds mill time and a higher MOQ — both told upfront.
- Re-orders skip sampling entirely and are the fastest, cheapest orders we run.
- Payment is T/T throughout: 30% to start, 70% before the goods leave — and you have seen bulk QC photos by then.
That is the whole process. No hidden steps between your sketch and your delivery.
