This women's seamless long-sleeve crop top is built around an extensive open-knit / mesh structure. Rather than using a small mesh insert, a large proportion of the garment is knitted with openwork zones, making the knit engineering itself the main design feature.
For seamless production, the technical difficulty is maintaining a controlled open-knit pattern while transitioning cleanly into the denser areas that provide coverage and structure. The pattern, hole size, placement and transition zones therefore need to be confirmed on the physical sample before bulk production.

Quality Control Focus
Inspection should check openwork pattern consistency, hole size and placement, left/right symmetry, transitions between mesh and solid zones, neckline balance, sleeve measurements and fabric recovery. Damaged or distorted mesh areas should not be accepted simply because the garment is highly open.
