OEM vs. ODM
- OEM (Original Equipment Manufacturing):You provide the tech packs and designs; we handle the sourcing and high-quality construction.
- ODM (Original Design Manufacturing):You choose from our proven, market-ready designs, and we customize them with your branding.
The 5-Step Workflow
1. Tech Pack & Sourcing
We don't just take orders; we review your tech packs for production feasibility. We’ll help you select the right fabrics (Cotton, Modal, or Silk) that align with your brand’s price point and hand-feel requirements.
2. Prototyping & Fit Samples
This is where the magic happens. We create a "Fit Sample" to test the pattern and drape. We don't move to bulk until the fit is perfect and you’ve signed off on the "Golden Sample."
3. Bulk Production
Once approved, our production line takes over. We manage everything from precision cutting to specialized sewing for delicate intimates.
4. In-Line & Final QC
Quality isn't a final step; it’s constant. We perform in-line inspections during sewing and a final AQL (Acceptable Quality Level) check before packing.
5. Logistics & Delivery
We handle the paperwork and coordinate with your forwarders to ensure your goods arrive on time, whether by air or sea.
The "Real Talk"
- MOQ (Minimum Order Quantity): We offer flexible MOQs to help growing brands scale without excessive inventory risk.
- Lead Times:Typically 1 weeks for sampling and 5 weeks for bulk, depending on fabric availability.
- Confidentiality:Your designs are your intellectual property. We sign NDAs to protect your creative work.
